Codepit The toolbox

Find a job or hire, right from Claude

One skill for both sides of WorkorAI's talent marketplace. Candidates search and apply to jobs. Employers post jobs and get ranked candidates, each with an explanation of why they fit.

What you get

The plugin brings WorkorAI's MCP server along with the skill: 9 tools for candidates and 19 for employers.

  • Job search
  • Applications
  • Invitations
  • Job posts
  • Candidate ranking
  • Applicant review

Before you start

  • A WorkorAI account. Candidates complete a profile and an interview, then wait for its evaluation.
  • A WorkorAI MCP key (starts with wai_): candidates copy it from the MCP tab in Candidate Home, employers from the Employer MCP card on the dashboard.

Try saying

>find me a job

Claude checks for a saved WorkorAI key and walks you through setup if there isn't one. Then it searches jobs and presents its top pick with fit details, a link to the job page and a separate link to apply.

Worth knowing

The plugin connects Claude to WorkorAI's hosted MCP server at workorai.com, so your searches, applications and hiring actions go to WorkorAI.

It can switch on from everyday phrases like 'find me a job' or 'hire developers', without you naming WorkorAI. On its own it only searches and reads. Claude asks for your yes before each apply, invite, job post or other change, one action at a time.

If you agree to save your key, it goes in your OS credential store. The best-effort save may also leave a local file only your user can read, and Claude tells you which one was used.

Every evaluated candidate on WorkorAI can be found by employers. There is no opt-out per search.
