Before you start

A ClickHouse Cloud account. The MCP server signs you in with OAuth the first time it connects.

Claude uses the server's list_databases and run_select_query tools. Nothing it runs can change your data.

Worth knowing

The plugin connects Claude to ClickHouse's hosted Cloud MCP server at mcp.clickhouse.cloud, signed in with your ClickHouse Cloud account. All of its tools are read-only, and they include your organization's billing and usage cost data.
