Try saying
Claude uses the web performance skill's marker limits: between 1,000 and 10,000 markers you need clustering, so it shows you the clustering pattern.
Worth knowing
The plugin connects three hosted Mapbox servers: mcp.mapbox.com, mcp-devkit.mapbox.com and mcp-docs.mapbox.com. The DevKit server asks you to sign in with OAuth the first time you use it.
Tools that call Mapbox APIs, like directions, category search and isochrones, need a token and count against your Mapbox usage. The offline geometry tools, like distance and area, make no API calls.
The DevKit server can create, update and delete map styles and create access tokens in your Mapbox account.
Comes with 20 skills
All of them come with the plugin, along with the mapbox, mapbox-devkit and mapbox-docs servers.
